CIP Protocol

In this film created by the New Media Center, Dr Wolf Langewitz introduces the Critical Incident Protocol (CIP). This instrument helps physicians, to reflect on communication problems with patients. These usually arise, because the patient assesses his/her illness differently from the medical specialist. The videoclip shows an excerpt of the project.
