Agequake – Ageing in Prison

In collaboration with the Institute for Biomedical Ethics at the University of Basel, we produced a film titled ‹Agequake – Ageing in Prison›. As part of the ten-year project, the Swiss research team at the institute examined the challenges and consequences of ageing in prison.

To gain a deeper understanding, they interviewed older inmates, healthcare professionals, and experts from the prison system. The resulting film offers a compelling look into the everyday realities of ageing in prison, while shedding light on the ethical, medical, and social issues that come with it.
